"Disappointed with Slow Turnaround Times"

I had high expectations for Kingston Engineering, given their impressive reputation and history in precision engineering. Unfortunately, my experience was less than stellar. While the components they delivered were of high quality, the turnaround time was much slower than anticipated. This caused delays in our project, which ultimately affected our operations. I expected more timely service, especially considering the premium they charge for their services.
