"Good Skills Development, but Slow Delivery"

We’ve worked with Fibre Telecoms (UK) Ltd, and while their broadband and VoIP systems are decent, there were times when service delivery was slower than expected. Their customer support is reliable, but the time it took to address some of our concerns could be better. That said, their services are still cost-effective and generally meet our needs.
